Wales Rugby Team

Former rugby great Ryan Jones, who was a big gun in the Wales rugby team, has joined a law firm. This is part of an initiative which helps retired rugby players look for alternate sources of income, and join new jobs, after they have come out of the world of rugby. He has joined a Cardiff law firm, and he will be there for the next year on a part time basis, where he will be trained, and he will gain business knowledge and how things work, and after that he will be taking up a job at a law firm for good, which will see him through the rest of his working life. This placement has been made in accordance with an agreement with the Athlete Career Transition. This company helps all players who have retired from the sport, and helps them find a secure footing in some other sphere of life, which will help them reach the  highest limits and secure their future. They basically help retired players with this transition from the world of rugby to the world of the regular working man’s life.

Ryan Jones has contributed a great deal to the Wales rugby team during his hey days. But now, it is time for him to move on, and shine again somewhere else, other than a rugby pitch. The business development team at the law firm will help him to gather hands on experience, and provide him with practical skills which will help him overcome all hurdles that are normal in the law world. The Wales rugby team has seen some of the best players ever when it comes to rugby, and this initiate is sure to help many players such as Jones to take up other sources of livelihood, and start new chapters in their lives.
